School Chaplaincy in Mt Morgan - Hope International Ministries

School Chaplaincy is an unique idea to Australia. There is no other nation in the world with school chaplains, and it has proved to be extremely beneficial for the students of Australia. Reports and surveys in the last year have shown that Australian schools do better with chaplains in them. In one survey, 98% of Principals said they would rather have a chaplain in their school.

Hope International Ministries is proud to be a supporter of our local school chaplaincy service and also to be a part of the Local Chaplaincy Committee (LCC) here in Mt Morgan. We are blessed to be a contributor financially and in terms of our physical and prayer support for things that happen on the ground in our community to make a practical and real difference in the lives of our young people.

Our local school chaplains David Alley and Marie Alley are locals, and well known in the community and we are pleased to be support their work and the concept of school chaplaincy as a whole.
